  • Triple Sec or Cointreau Triple Sec or Cointreau
    Triple Sec or Cointreau A liqueur made from the peel of small green oranges native to the island of Curacao in the Carabbean. The most famous brand is Cointreau.
    		• 1/2 measure
  • Tequila Tequila
    Tequila A mexican spirit made from the cactus like plant agave tequilana. The juices from it are processed, fermented and then double distilled.
    		• 1/2 measure
  • Vodka Vodka
    Vodka An almost neutral spirit distilled from a fermented mash of grain.
    		• 1/2 measure
  • Gin Gin
    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.

  • White Rum White Rum
    White Rum A distilled spirit of fermented sugar cane sap.
    		• 1/2 measure
  • Cola Cola
    Cola Non alcoholic soft drink which contains caffine. Flavoured with sugar, citrus oils, cinnamon and vanilla. The most famous brand is Coca-Cola.

    Juice from lemon Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Gomme Syrup Gomme Syrup
    Gomme Syrup A syrup made from sugar and water.
    		• 1/2 measure
    How to Make:
    Add all ingredients except the cola to a shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into a glass. Top up with the cola.
