Ingredient Quantity Extra Info White Rum White Rum A distilled spirit of fermented sugar cane sap. 1 measure Galliano Galliano A golden yellow liqueur made to a secret recipe with 80 herbs, roots and berries. The main flavours are liquorice, anise and vanilla 1/2 measure Juice from lime Juice from lime Freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 lime Lemonade Lemonade Non alcoholic fizzy soft drink flavoured with lemons 4 measures Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice Juice made from the fruit pineapple. Usually made from concentrate or you can blend a tin of pineapple. 2 measures Dark Rum Dark Rum A distilled spirit of fermented sugar cane sap. Dark rum differs from white as it has been aged in wood barrels 1/2 measure Apricot Brandy Apricot Brandy Apricot flavoured liqueur. 20 - 25% alcohol. 1/2 measure
How to Make:
Add all the ingredients except the lemonade to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Add lemonade.
