    Ginger Ale This is a fizzy soft drink flavoured with ginger.

  • Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice
    Pineapple Juice Juice made from the fruit pineapple. Usually made from concentrate or you can blend a tin of pineapple.

  • Granulated Sugar Granulated Sugar
    Granulated Sugar A type of white sugar, basic table sugar can be used.
    		• 1 teaspoon
  • Lime Lime
    Lime A lime is a green citrus fruit which is sour and acidic.
    		• 1/2 lime
    How to Make:
    Cut the lime into pieces and place it in the blender with the pineapple juice, sugar and rum. Blend and add to a goblet glass with ice. Top up with ginger ale.
