Ingredient Quantity Extra Info Angostura Bitters Angostura Bitters An alcoholic drink made from roots, flowers, fruits and peelsmaceratedin neutral spirit 2 drops Grenadine Grenadine A sweet syrup flavoured with pomegranate juice 2 teaspoons White Rum White Rum A distilled spirit of fermented sugar cane sap. 1 1/4 measure Creme de Banane Creme de Banane A sweet clear yellow banana liqueur made from green bananas. 1 1/4 measure Orange Juice Orange Juice The is orange juice from concentrate, not freshly squeezed orange juice. 3/4 measure Double Cream Double Cream This is very dense thick rich cream. 1 1/4 measure
How to Make:
place all ingredients except the grenadine in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the grenadine pouring it round the inside of the glass so it leaves a smear on the glass.
