    Grenadine A sweet syrup flavoured with pomegranate juice
    		• 1/4 measure
  • Gin Gin
    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.

  • Benedictine Benedictine
    Benedictine A bright golden liqueur using a secret recipe of 75 herbs
    		• 1 teaspoon
  • Juice from lime Juice from lime
    Juice from lime Freshly squeezed lime juice
    		• 1 measure
  • Orange Juice Orange Juice
    Orange Juice The is orange juice from concentrate, not freshly squeezed orange juice.
    		• 1 measure
  • Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice
    Pineapple Juice Juice made from the fruit pineapple. Usually made from concentrate or you can blend a tin of pineapple.

  • Cherry Brandy Cherry Brandy
    Cherry Brandy A type of brandy flavoured with cherries.
    		• 1 measure
  • Cointreau Cointreau
    Cointreau A specific brand of triple sec which is 40% alcohol. Flavoured with green oranges.
    		• 1/2 measure
    How to Make:
    Place all the ingredients except the Benedictine in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass half filled with ice. Pour in the Benedictine.
