    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.

  • Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice
    Pineapple Juice Juice made from the fruit pineapple. Usually made from concentrate or you can blend a tin of pineapple.
    		• 3 measures
  • Grapefruit Juice Grapefruit Juice
    Grapefruit Juice Juice from a grapefruit.
    		• 2 measures
    How to Make:
    Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass.
