Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans. 2 measures Blue Curacao Blue Curacao A blue liqueur flavoured with dried peels of the laraha citrus fruit, grown on the island of Curaçao. 1/2 measure Tonic Water Tonic Water This is fizzy water flavoured with quinine, which gives it a distinctively bitter taste. top up
How to Make:
Half fill glass with ice. Add the gin and blue curacao. Top up with tonic water.
