The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans. 1/2 measure Southern Comfort Southern Comfort An american whiskey based liqueur made made from a mixture of peaches, other fruits vanilla and cinnamon. 1 measure Juice from lime Juice from lime Freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 measure Pineapple Juice Pineapple Juice Juice made from the fruit pineapple. Usually made from concentrate or you can blend a tin of pineapple. 1 measure Mango Juice Mango Juice Juice made from the mango fruit. 1 measure
How to Make:
Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple and slices of orange.
