    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.

  • Juice from lemon Juice from lemon
    Juice from lemon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
    		• 1 measure
  • Soda Water Soda Water
    Soda Water This is just fizzy water.
    		• 1 measure
  • Caster Sugar Caster Sugar
    Caster Sugar A very fine grained type of sugar
    		• 1/2 teaspoon
    How to Make:
    Add all ingredients except soda water to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass, top up with soda water.
