    Brandy or Cognac This is a spirit made from distilled grape wine. Cognac can only come from the Cognac region of France.

    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.

  • Soda Water Soda Water
    Soda Water This is just fizzy water.

  • Sweet Vermouth Sweet Vermouth
    Sweet Vermouth A wine based drink which is usually 19-20% alcohol.

    How to Make:
    Half fill the glass with ice. Add the ingredients and stir.
