Glass: Old Fashioned Old Fashioned Also known as a rocks glass. For cocktail served on the rocks 170-230g (8-10 oz).
Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity Extra Info Grenadine Grenadine A sweet syrup flavoured with pomegranate juice 1/2 teaspoon Calvados Calvados An apple brandy made in France, An American apple brandy is Applejack sometimes known as Jersey Lightning 1 measure Gin Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans. 1 measure Pernod Pernod A liqueur flavoured with star anise. 1/2 teaspoon
How to Make:
Add the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass.
