Ingredient Quantity Extra Info Grenadine Grenadine A sweet syrup flavoured with pomegranate juice 1/2 teaspoon Gin Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans. 2 measures Juice from lemon Juice from lemon Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 teaspoons Tawny Port Tawny Port A paler coloured port which is aged in wood. Port is usually 19%-20% alcohol. 1/2 measure
How to Make:
Add the lemon juice and gin to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass and add the grenadine then port.
