    Grenadine A sweet syrup flavoured with pomegranate juice
    		• 1/2 measure
  • Gin Gin
    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.
    		• 1 1/2 measure
  • Juice from lemon Juice from lemon
    Juice from lemon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
    		• 3/4 measure
  • Egg Egg
    Egg Preferably free range hen eggs.
    		• 1 white
    How to Make:
    Place all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne saucer.
