  • Gin Gin
    Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans.
    		• 1 1/2 measures
  • Apricot Brandy Apricot Brandy
    Apricot Brandy Apricot flavoured liqueur. 20 - 25% alcohol.
    		• 3/4 measure
  • Bitter Lemon Soda Bitter Lemon Soda
    Bitter Lemon Soda Similar to tonic water although it has the addition of lemon juice.
    		• 4 measures
    How to Make:
    Add all the ingredients to an ice filled highball glass.
