Ingredient Quantity Extra Info Gin Gin This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans. 1 1/2 measures Orange Bitters Orange Bitters A type of flavouring for cocktails made with Seville oranges, cardamon, caraway seeds and corriander. 2 dashes Yellow Chartreuse Yellow Chartreuse A French liquer flavoured with 130 herbal extracts. The yellow has a milder sweeter flavour than the green. 3/4 measure
How to Make:
Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
