    Sugar Syrup This is sugar dissolved in water. You can make it or buy it pre made.

  • Nutmeg Nutmeg
    Nutmeg This is a seed from a tree which can be grated and used as a sweet spice.

    Dark Rum A distilled spirit of fermented sugar cane sap. Dark rum differs from white as it has been aged in wood barrels

    Milk Ordinary cows milk. Any type will do.
    		• 1 1/2 measures
  • Whipping Cream Whipping Cream
    Whipping Cream Light and fluffy cream which contains a lot of air.

  • Egg Egg
    Egg Preferably free range hen eggs.
    		• 1 egg
    How to Make:
    Add all the ingredients excepy the nutmeg to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
