Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail Recipe

An almost neutral spirit distilled from a fermented mash of grain. |

Gin
This is made from distilled unmalted grain. The spirit is infused with juniper before and during distillation to give a subtle flavour. Famous brands are Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire and Gordans. |

Cola
Non alcoholic soft drink which contains caffine. Flavoured with sugar, citrus oils, cinnamon and vanilla. The most famous brand is Coca-Cola. |

Freshly squeezed lemon juice |

Gomme Syrup
A syrup made from sugar and water. |
1/2 measure |
Add all ingredients except the cola to a shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into a glass. Top up with the cola.
